<div>We are currently facing an issue when trying to trigger the standard leave request workflow (WS12300111).</div>

<div><font size="2">The configuration to link the absence type and the workflow template has been set up in the IMG under Personnel Management.</font></div>

<div><font size="2">From the table PTREQ_HEADER, the leave request is populated in the SAP system when submitted via the portal. The leave request is also displayed when running program RPTARQDBVIEW.</font></div>

<div><font size="2"><font size="2">The problem we face is that no workflow is triggered for this request. </font></font></div>

<div>This was previously working at the start of February. No changes have been made to the configuaration since the last workflow was triggered in early February. </div>

<div><font size="2">The background jobs have been activated via SWU3 under the user WF-BATCH that is assigned the required profiles of SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW.</font> <br clear="all"></div>
<div>I'd greatly appreciate any ideas you would have in solving this puzzle.</div>
