Validation of Container Element Value in Condition Editor

Select the EX option in the condition editor.  It is checking the
existence of the field.

Hi All.
I am very curious how to do validation of container element value in
condition editor.
I'd like to do something like this,
IF CONT_VALUE = SPACE

I tried leave expression.2 as empty and ' ', it doesn't work.
