_RULE_RESULT binding

Hi All,

I am on ECC 6.0 system.. I want to get result of agent determination rule
into workflow container so that I can send all these users reminder email
once the deadline is reached.

In earlier systems, it used to work fine.. but now, no values are being
passed to workflow container even though the binding is correct. I tried to
apply SAP NOTE 707767 but it says, note can not be applied as it doesnt
match correct version.

any suggestions on how to fix this issue? I can always create a new step and
a method to find out list of agents selected, but wanted to do it the right
way..
