Maybe the events switch is not on. Can you check table T77S0 and look
for the entry SEMIN REQUE. Make sure that it's set to 1.

Claude, I have copied your entry in SWEHR3 to our tables to no avail.
 
Cristiana I am working in 4.7c but can't tell where the BAPI is
referenced when the PSV1 transaction is called.
 
I have done some further investigation (sap note 307663), where we can
call a function that copies the interface of
HR_EVENT_OT_NNNN_UUUU_TEMPLATE. However the SWEHR3  entry validation
does not allow for my customised function to be entered in the
configuration.
 
I'd greatly appreciate any further assistance.

to publish an event to start a workflow that will notify managers that
their employee has been booked on a business event via PSV1. I have
configured SWEHR1 to include entry: Object Type: P Infotype: 1001
Business Object: PDRELA_025 In SWEHR3 I have reference the entry: Object
Type: P Infotype: 1001 Update Operation: Insert Business Object:
PDRELA_025 Event: Requested * I have also tried with the same record
adding entry Relationships: B025 There are new entries in the HRP1001
table however no relevant events are published in the system when I
execute PSV1. Am I referencing the correct objects/relationships?
