Workflows in CRM 6.0

Dear All,

We are using CRM 6.0 for implementing workflow for approval process.
There are some standard business objects mentioned below:

BUS2010050 - Marketing Project MDF program
BUS2010060 - Marketing Project MDF Special program
BUS2010070 - Marketing Project Initiative
BUS2010072 - Marketing Project Initiative Element.

I am trying to trigger a simple workflow by status management/by
standard events for the above business objects, but it is not getting
triggered.  I have done necessary configuration settings in BSVW and
SWE2.

I have enabled event trace to check if any events are triggered, but
nothing is being displayed in the trace.

If any one has implemented any of the above business objects for
approval process, can you please let me know, if there is something I
am missing out.
