Workflow issues after Upgrade to ECC 6.0

Hi,

We have upgraded from 4.6C to ECC6, all the WF's are working fine,
except for one worflow that seems to be corrupted,

Not able to view the workflow in SWDD, it times out.

And there were a few workitems of this workflow existing from the previous
versions,
which are now causing an issue. Users with these workitems get a dump when
they try to
view them, not able to delete, process or forward the Workitems using SWI5
or SWWL.

Appreciate any input.
