work items preview and display does not get displayed

Hi Jaro,

Thanks for your suggestions.

We found that the problem happens only when the user logs into SAP using
the SAPLogonPad and not using SAPLOGON.

We raised an OSS call and heard from SAP that Note 738927 to be applied.
There is a pre-requisite to this note, which we had to apply.

This fixed our issue.

May be this info will be useful to someone facing a similar issue.

Thanks once again.
-Mani.

Hi Everyone,
We are facing a situation where some of the users are not getting the
work items preview.

When they double click on the user decision item, nothing is displayed
in the screen with the message "Page cannot be displayed".

How do we fix this issue?

The users are using R/3 4.7 version and 6.20 GUI. Their machines are on
Windows XP.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions and help.

-Mani.

Hello Mani,

this problems can be connected with version of SAP GUI, especially when
the users have installed Internet Explorer 7.0. on their machines.
For SAP GUI v. 6.40 there was a patch 23 or 28, which solved this
problem.

with regards

Jaro

Thanks Nash.

We do not pass criteria name to the BBP_WFL_DIN_APP_OBJ_GET but are
creating
approval guids by using SYSTEM_UUID_C_CREATE since we have complex
combination of criterias.

Snehal
