work items preview and display does not get displayed

Hello Mani,
 
this problems can be connected with version of SAP GUI, especially when the users have installed Internet Explorer 7.0. on their machines.
For SAP GUI v. 6.40 there was a patch 23 or 28, which solved this problem.

Hi Everyone,
We are facing a situation where some of the users are not getting the
work items preview.

When they double click on the user decision item, nothing is displayed
in the screen with the message "Page cannot be displayed".

How do we fix this issue?

The users are using R/3 4.7 version and 6.20 GUI. Their machines are on
Windows XP.
