Standard report for substitution maintanence

Hi All,
Do we have a standard report for maintaining substitutes? i.e I need to know
if there is a standard report using which a workflow administrator can
perform subsitution operations in the system. Of course i can develop a
custom report using the substitution WAPIs available but wanted to check out
if there is a standard solution for this.
