Question on reporting

Go to se11, type "tstct " and change the Max No. of Hits to 999999 and
you will get a display of ALL available t-codes in SAP( Total - 57,048)
and do a find on "Vendor"  to get your needed reports.

Can anyone provide general information on reporting options when using
SAP ?  I am looking for vendor information as well as information on
vendor packages that would handle reporting within the use of SAP.
