WS14500001 - Restart after error

Also, I would like to mention here that, the same problem occurs when a PO
response is created manually in the SRM system. Even though the PO is
updated with the PO response and a POR number is generated, the workflow
status is in error and continues to be in error. The workflow gets triggered
countless number of times for a single POR and each one stays in error !!

The error displayed in workflow log is very generic message - Message no.
WL82. Why does a workflow go into 'Error' if it has successfully set the
document status to 'Released'?

If anyone has faced the same problem in 'Auto transfer of PCO' please let me
know.
