Also, I would like to mention here that, the same problem occurs when a PO response is created manually in the SRM system. Even though the PO is updated with the PO response and a POR number is generated, the workflow status is in error and continues to be in error. The workflow gets triggered countless number of times for a single POR and each one stays in error !!<br>
<br>The error displayed in workflow log is very generic message - Message no. WL82. Why does a workflow go into 'Error' if it has successfully set the document status to 'Released'?<br><br>If anyone has faced the same problem in 'Auto transfer of PCO' please let me know.<br>

Hello Everyone,<br><br>When a POR is created through the XI interface, the workflow WS14500001 gets triggered. <br><br>Perfectly fine........but the problem occurs when this workflow results into error condition. Even though we have maintained in customizing the 'Repeat counter for work items with errors' as 3, the workflow triggers n number of times if the status is 'Error'. <br>
