Hi Elizabeth,
In the BOR find the object WORKITEM. Using the method workitem.status_change set the task to ERROR status. Then you can use SWPR to call up the task and restart it.
Hope that helps.

Hi All,
I have a worlflow which for no apparent reason has just stopped. It is not in error. There is a loop and the steps in the loop have been logged out of sequence in the log [SWI1] and it is possible that this is the reason for the stoppage.
While I don’t know why the workflow has stopped my question is it possible to kick start the workflow to the next step?
The workflow has been in Production for some time and has given no problems before or since this issue.
We are on version 3.1I.
