ESS /MSS UWL

Hi everyone

I am looking at the ESS/MSS aspects of the portal, and associated 
workflows. I can see the UWL within the MSS but not the ESS, is that 
standard? I would have thought the ESS user would want to see returned 
rejected WI's from the approver, I know I can modify ESS to have the UWL, 
but I thought it would there as sap standard, any one know where?

Also how can I see the sap mail? cant find it anywhere in the portal? an 
ESS user receives rejection reasons from the Approver of a Trip, in the 
form of a sap mail, but I cant see anywhere within ESS (or MSS) where you 
can select mail.
