Designing workitem description

Dear Mike,
Thanks for the idea, I'll look into it. 
One question - will I be able eventually to supply the workitem (including HTML) as e-mail ?
My main constraint is that the agents works via MS-Outlook and receives e-mails for workitems.

Hello Shai,

If you have the necessary resources and know-how I'd suggest developing a
BSP to render it as HTML. This way you have full control and the complete
arsenal of BSP tools at your disposal. A bonus is that you can test it
quite easily with a web browser.
