Standard Rule 168

Hi All.
I am facing weird issue.

I am using standard rule 168 which is execute function module
SWX_GET_MANAGER.
I simulate this rule by puting SAP user id "USZ_RYAN" in container element
OrgManagement (ORG_OBJECT) object, it doesn't give me any result.
But when I test the function module itself, SWX_GET_MANAGER, in AC_CONTAINER
table parameter element: ORG_OBJECT, Table index: 1, length: 14, type: C and
value "USZ_RYAN", it's give me correct result.

Does anyone know what causing this issue?
