Link to transaction BP in workitem

Hi,

How to attach a Link in the workitem to go to certain transaction just by
clicking on it.

Example: Workflow triggers when i change the BP 100, then it sends a
workitem to the workflow inbox. But i want a Link in the attachments part of
the Workitem, Upon clicking on it i want to go to the BP 100 Screen, How can
i do it.
