Determining Agent, mail-Id's

Hi,

I need your help and guidence to Build Workflow. Please guide me.

Am developing a workflow to trigger workitem and a mail to the Outlook
inbox.

 *Please check the attached document for more details.

Work Item: Am able to do that by assigning the SAP User id directly in the
Agent tab of Task. But how can i determine the User Dynamically, I mean how
to assign a user Id based on some condition.

Mail-Id: Also in thins case am assigning the mail-Id directly, How to get
the mail-id's dynamically.
