2 DL Notifications

Hi Shai

The manager receives, the LE one that he is meanto receive. I am not sure on
the second question but it is not happening always only intermittently.
There is no substitution set up at any of the levels.
In the examples where it has sent 2 notifications, it actually creates two
DL workitems, please see the attached screenshots.
