2 DL Notifications (Ravi Dixit)

Ravi,

It does sounds like a mystery. Few questions that might lead to the problem:
Looking into the manager worklist you should be able to see which deadline he gets. Is it requested end + latest end ?
Is this happening to all employees or only few specific ?
How about substitution - do we have any ? (at employee level off course).
10x,

Dear Shai

Thanks for your response.

You are right about the RE, it should have been RE not RS, my apologies.

It still does not explain the 2 notifications to the manager of approver.
The set up is Requested End goes to Employee(applicant of Leave), and Latest
End is sent to Manager of approver.

Any input would be much appreciated.

Best Regards
Ravi Dixit

One of our ABAP'rs found the FM that sets a lock record flag that raises the event.
This makes sense. If we do not want an approval process, don't lock record and update
the record.

Now, what I know is that this must be a config option vs. changing the FM to force the flag to SET.
I don't see this in the config where it used to be for 4..6c. (From what I remember anyway!)

If this rings a bell, could anyone pass along where this config is located?

Thanks!
Rick

In SWEHR1 we have Person 210 with objtype 'W4W5INFOUS'.

In SWEHR2 we have:
Person 210 REQ W4W5INFOUS-REQUESTED Nothing in the FM field
Person 210 RQC W4W5INFOUS-REQUESTCANCELLED Nothing in the FM field

In SWEHR3 we have:
Person 210 REQ W4W5INFOUS-REQUESTED Nothing in the FM field

We are trying to setup our W-4 WF in ECC6.

>From what I remember in 4.6C, we had to change swehr2 / 3 links, enter an event and use W4W5INFOUS object.
Then the correct obj-event triggered.

We are now on ECC6. I made the same settings but it is not triggering the W4W5INFOUS object-event.

Can someone point me in the right direction pleases?

Hello workflow experts,

I am using business object BUS2096 to create a workflow when an incoming
IDOC creates a debit memo. This workflow is performing correctly when an
IDOC creates a debit memo but it also creates a workflow when a debit
memo is created manually. The user now wants the manual creation
switched off so that the workflow only takes place on IDOC creation.
Does anybody have any ideas as to how I can switch off the creation of
the manual debit memo?
