Unable to see the attachment in WF

Hi Jocelyn,
 
I have copied SAP_WAPI_ATTACHMENT_ADD  into our backend system and added
comments to a task using the userdecisionhandler in portal (i.e.
rejection notes). But still I'm not being able to find these notes into
the workflow.
 
Expected Result: These notes should be saved and viewed as a RAW type
attachment to the work item.
 
Any suggestions are appreciated.
