Hi Björn,

the agent assignment to the release code must not contain a plant
restriction, the overall release workflow does not support this.

kind regards,
Veit

RE : WS20000077

Hi everyone,

thank you so much for your assistance, the eve'nt gets triggered now. It
was a problem with the customizing of the document type (overall wasn 't
checked) and the class was wrong defined by one of tmy functional
colleagues.
I'm still a bit struggling with the flow on iselfs (the agent linked to
the release code doesn 't get assigned), but that problem seems easier
than the one I had :)

thanks again !!!!

kind regards

Björn

Hi Bjorn,

few things to check:

- have you filtered the event trace (check in SWELS) ?
- have you activated the triggering event, not only the workflow pattern
(check in workflow header data, or SWE2) ?
- have you marked the relevant release codes in the release strategy as
workflow relevant?

kind regards,
Veit

Hi everyone,

sorry to disturb you, but I'm having great difficulties with starting a
workflow from scratch.
This is the situation : We want to activate the WF for the release of the
PR.
It's an overall release, so I copied the WS20000077, and activated this
WF. I adapted the customization.
But when I create a PR, the event isn 't triggering (I don 't see it in
SWEL) SO I must be doing things wrong, but I don 't know which ones...
There isn 't here noone who can help me, so I'm counting a bit on you guys
to have the flow started...

thanks !

kr
