Event Termination issues after upgrade from 4.6c -> ECC6

Known issue. Have not applied them yet. 
Please let me know if it works for you. Especially if you get them
applied before I do. 
 
Note 1019080 Poor RSWFEVTXPRA performance
Note 1082490 XPRA RSWFEVTXPRA does not convert all instance
 
Also, In our HR client for CATS (Time Approval) we are getting lock
issues.
Applying  "Note 1057585 - Work item locked by user ' ' (enqueue error) "

from 4.6C to ECC6.
 
I'm analyzing the problem at the moment, so I'm very interested if  you
have come to a solution

	I have tasks that have terminating events and do not terminate
tasks that were created before upgrade. 
	No st22, event create gives sy-subrc = 0. 
	 
	All tasks created "after" upgrade work correctly. 
	 
	Anyone have this issue before I create a customer message?
