Event Termination issues after upgrade from 4.6c -> ECC6

Hi Rick,

Did you check in SWEL to see if the terminating event found a receiver? You
may also want to look in SWEINST for any waiting instances.

It wouldn't be good news if the ECC upgrade wiped entries out of
SWEINST.....please keep us posted.

I have tasks that have terminating events and do not terminate tasks that
were created before upgrade.
No st22, event create gives sy-subrc = 0.

All tasks created "after" upgrade work correctly.

Anyone have this issue before I create a customer message?
