PCR - New Hire

ISRs *are* PCRs - it's just HR's name for it (oh and they threw in a
BADI implementation) but really it's all the same stuff. 
 
Perhaps you should start by "rejecting the premise" and asking why
AREN'T they using UWL/ADS or even SAP E-Recruitment solution. They may
just not be aware of these options. 
 
The Adobe solution requires ECC 6.0 (preferably enhancement pack 2).

Subject: PCR - New Hire


Hello all,
 
I am looking to develop a prototype for 'New Hire' PCR in MSS. For
reasons unknown, UWL is not being used nor Adobe forms (ADS) are in
place. I wonder if I can build a prototype without these two. If you
think I can then please help me with pointers to set up a prototype. 
 
Is there a standard 'New Hire' PCR available? I could find an ISR but
not a PCR.
 
Any help is highly appreciated.
