PCR - New Hire

Hello all,

I am looking to develop a prototype for 'New Hire' PCR in MSS. For reasons
unknown, UWL is not being used nor Adobe forms (ADS) are in place. I wonder
if I can build a prototype without these two. If you think I can then please
help me with pointers to set up a prototype.

Is there a standard 'New Hire' PCR available? I could find an ISR but not a
PCR.

Any help is highly appreciated.
