Deactivate "Forward" Button in Workflow Inbox

Hi Guys,

Is there a way to deactivate the "Forward" button in the workflow inbox?
The problem we are facing is that we have an approval work item with
"General Task" set for agent assignment because the agent is determined
dynamically at runtime. Some approvers, instead of executing the work
item, click on the Forward button and forward the work item to the next
approver.
