substitution notification

Hi Friends

I really don't know which forum i should ask this. If you can please help me
out. My cleint wants a set of people to be  notified when ever someone
choose a substitute  in his/her SAP inbox-SBWP. This is to make sure that
user selected as substitute is the right person.
