Early Archiving

Hi Serge,

to get rid of this work item you'll need another ArchiveLink document type, which is connected to an empty workflow pattern (which then doesn't create a new work item for processing).

Let's say ZZNOCREATE and configure in SOA0 an empty workflow pattern. You may have to create the dummy container elements of the task.

Best regards,

  Hi All,

In the Early archiving process using the standard SAP Workflow task, the transaction is to create, let say a PO, is called and wait until the PO is created (which creates an IMAGE.ASSIGNED event) before the task gets completed. If anyone is using this, how do you manage the fact the user may not want to process the PO and cancel everything?

  Thanks,
