In ECC 6 follow the menu path in SPRO
SAP NetWeaver->Application Server->Business Management->SAP Business
Workflow->Basic Settings (Workflow System)->
Determine Dynamic Columns for Business Workplace
Incase you cant find the node the tcode for this settings SWL1.
Please read the node help for further details.
