Hi,

a question concerning this flow using the event queue : the event releasestepcreated seems to be triggered, even if in the customizing is set not to.
The characteristic is purchase group. e.g. when we create a PO with purchase group KG4 (this purchase group is not one of the 'triggers'), the event is triggered.
Can it that this has something to do with the use of the event queue ? The MM-person tells me that customizing is ok...

Hi John,

please double check
1) if the purchase order/requisition is subject to release.
2) the customizing of the release strategy. I think it was in the section of the release indicators where you have to set a 1 or 9 for workflow-release. Is this value is not set, there'll be no event created by the SAP standard transaction.

	I deleted the entire entries in SWEC for BUS2012, but now there is no event Releasestepcreated  issued, surely SWEC needs an entry for this event?

	Hi 

	Not an answer, but a related question.We are on the same release, I am trying to get the WS20000075 working, but it keeps failing and deactivating itself, the error on looking at SWEL suggests a problem, possibly mandatory elements not being passed. Any ideas?

Purchase Order or Purchase Req  Release approved - notify requestor?	

	Hello there, 

	We  have a ECC 6.0 SAP system where we are looking at using Purchase Order ( 

	WS20000075) 

	or Purchase Requistion (WS00000038) workflow 

	The customer is wondering if there is a way to have the Requestor notified when the Purchase Order or Purchase Req is approved.
