Hi Mark

I also think the idea with the web service is kinda cool. I do know of a running solution that sends two Hyperlinks within that mail, pointing to a web-service. One is for "approved" and the other one is for "rejected". There's a user authorization step in-between to avoid unintentional decisions.
The invoice could come as an attachment or opened via HTTP content-Server on the web.
That solutions works pretty fine.
