WS20000075 - start event get deactivated - missing parameter inimport container

Hi Bjorn,

I had a very similar issue a few years back (after I loaded support
packs...4.6c) where the event linkage (releasestepcreated) would
deactivate with an error that 'mandatory import element releasecode was
missing'. I couldn't figure out what was happening so I submitted it to
SAP. According to the developer looking at my issue, so long as we
weren't using forecasting and replenishment, the entry in SWEC for
releasestepcreated could be deleted. And once I removed it the problem
of my WF deactivating was gone. I believe that it was note 797775 which
related to my issue.

Hope this helps,

Jason

Subject: WS20000075 - start event get deactivated - missing parameter
inimport container

Hi Folks,

We went last weekend live with this WF for the approval of a PO. There
seems to be a problem with starting the flow. When a user creates a PO,
the event releasestepcreated is started, but there's an error saying
that the import container is wrong.

When I trigger the event myself, the flow starts without problems. When
the first person in the strategy approves, the second flow is started
and so on. So apparently it s only when the PO gets created that this
problem occurs...

The most bizarre thing is that in dev and test everything works fine, in
production (Hi Murphy) not...

Can this be a problem with roles or something else?

thanks in advance !
