extended notifications

Hi Bjorn,
 
If you find out any additional information on the SWNCONFIG, please let
me know. The information out there is not sufficient to set up SWNCONFIG
and difficult to understand the relationships between the areas.

Bjorn, 
there's a blog on the basics of extended notifications on SDN.  Also
there is a test program SWN_SELSEN_TEST which  may help you sort out
what is missing from your configuration.  I find SWNCONFIG easier to
work with than SWN_ADMIN but the end result should be the same. 
 
You need a subscription, a delivery schedule, a schedule selection, and
to set up some of your general settings - such as how you want it to
find user's email addresses.

Hi all,
 
I'm trying to configure extended notifications using swn_admin, but
apparently I'm having some troubles configuring it.
If I run the report, he doesn 't want to send mails, and I don 't know
why.
Is there somewhere a tutorial which is a bit more detailled than the
sap-help ?
Just tot test it, I use the category standard, selection all.
I defined a subscription, he asks me to define a calendar, which I did.
After that I try to run the report, but here he doesn 't want to send
e-mails...
I'm a bit lost here...
