Customer event based change document object KRED

Hello all,

I've created customer event for object type LFA1 called "ZPostingBlockReset" (via subtype ZLFA1) and created event linkage using SWU_EWCD, change object KRED.
The problem is that in SWEL I keep getting "Feedback after error" and "Event put in queue".

Looking at SWEQADM I see event with Event status "Waiting because of e".

Any idea why ? how can I analyze this error ?
