Send mail step problem

Hi AB,
Even i had a similar problem,
but in my case it wasnt sending it as an attachment from start.
Our Basis applied some patches and it worked fine.

Hi All,

 

I am facing a strange problem. There is send mail step in my workflow which sends mails to outlook address.

It was working fine till 2 days back( attached a sample as Earlier message). 

Suddenly I am receiving mail to outlook, which looks as an attachment instead of actual message ( which I have attached as a sample - New Message ).

When I open it using Word as option,it opens the message in Word and I can see the contents.

 

PFA the sample output.

 

Could you pls suggest me what setting might have chaged so as to chage the actual message to an attachment in a mail?
