Dear Akshay,
 
The first think that crossed my mind is sequence in conversion rules. Please as follows:
1. Enter t.code SOST and see if the mail body is OK.
 
If it's OK check conversion rules customization. What made it change ? several options:
1. Client copy.
2. Some wanted to send job output (or mail) in PDF format.
3. Support package installation.
 
I bet it's 2.
To solve it, consult with you BASIS guys. Basically you should set the conversion rules rank (or sequence).
You can check SOST message trace to see the runtime conversion rules sequence.

Hi All,

I am facing a strange problem. There is send mail step in my workflow which sends mails to outlook address.
It was working fine till 2 days back( attached a sample as Earlier message). 
Suddenly I am receiving mail to outlook, which looks as an attachment instead of actual message ( which I have attached as a sample - New Message ).
When I open it using Word as option,it opens the message in Word and I can see the contents.

PFA the sample output.

Could you pls suggest me what setting might have chaged so as to chage the actual message to an attachment in a mail?
