<DIV>2. Some wanted to send job output (or mail) in PDF format.</DIV>

<DIV>I bet it's 2.</DIV>
<DIV>To solve it, consult with you BASIS guys. Basically you should set the conversion rules rank (or sequence).</DIV>
<DIV>You can check SOST message trace to see the runtime conversion rules sequence.</DIV>

There is send mail step in my workflow which sends mails to outlook address.<BR>It was working fine till 2 days back( attached a sample as Earlier message). <BR>Suddenly I am receiving mail to outlook, which looks as an attachment instead of actual message ( which I have attached as a sample - New Message ).<BR>When I open it using Word as option,it opens the message in Word and I can see the contents.<BR><BR>PFA the sample output.<BR><BR>Could you pls suggest me what setting might have chaged so as to chage the actual message to an attachment
