Subject length in Email Notification

Hello,
This is an old issue, look for notes on OSS. Basically this is deliberate
within SapConnect to stay in line with the shortest standards it can
connect to and you can overrride it to a certain degree with a note.
Bear in mind that short subjects are not a bad thing...
