Substitution in SAP Business Workplace

Ramu,
 
If you have hrp1001 set with an A210, you should be 
able to go to the SAP inbox and Adopt it.
 
Settings->Workflow Settings->Adopt Substitution.
>From here, you should see the user(s), position(s), org(s), etc that is
sub'd to you.
 
Check the box(s) of the user(s) that is sub'd to you and you should see
just those subs.
i.e. this filter for that one person, position, etc. 
 
Settings->Workflow Settings->End Substitution removed that one and 
then you should see all work sub'd to you and your own.

Easy to see in the Inbox by changing the Layout and displaying the
column of "Substitute For", etc.

Hi Rick,
 
We are using ECC 6.0.
 
I have created a entry in HRP1001 subtype A210, but the work items of
the substitute are not displayed in the Inbox. When I check the
Substitution in SAP Inbox it is active. Is there any setting I should do
to make the Work items appear in the Inbox.
