Substitution Issue

Lalitha,

This is our also our setup 4.6c EP7.
 
We have noticed some issues. Like, SWBP Substitution func working
correctly 
but not via UWL. (Still reviewing OSS notes!)

See note Note 977069 

There are limitations in UWL when it comes to WF. It what it is...

If you research this further, please let me know what you discovered.

We are on 4.6C.
and portal is EP7 , so maybe that's why it is not taking the
"Substitution Profile" limitation.

	I am currently checking a substitution that is happening,
	
	Person B is set up as the substitute for person A, but this is
only for
	"COMP" - Compensation profile. 
	
	But when any travel requests are forwarded to Person A for
approval
	it goes to person B. There is no sub setup for "TRAVEL" - Travel
	Profile.
	
	there is no history of substitution, checked the HRUS_D2 table
also, 
	
	Not sure what else I need to check to explain why all the WI's
are going
	to B, instead of A.
