Error in event receiver

Hi all,

I've implemented several times PO release workflow and never had problems with event RELEASESTEPCREATED. However there's always first time - in 4.6C (SAPKB46C46) I get the error below. 
Any ideas ? 

BTW, it only happens for BUS2012. In BUS2009 (=requisition item) all works well.
