Choosing approver from the list of possible agents at runtime ??

Hi Mark,
Have tried passing task number with quotes. still facing the same error.
Pls advice wat else could be checked or changed.
I am passing the task number of the subsequent task .

Try 'TS90000009' including the quotes

Priya,

I am not sure if much has changed in ECC 6.0 for this task.

For Your Step2 described below:

a) You need to supply your custom task number in conatiner element 
'Act_Org_object' (for which you need to select the agent) in the binding. 
b) If you have set the 'SelectMultiple' container element to 'X' (in 
binding), the result will be available in 'SelectedObjectList' otherwise 
it is in 'SelectedObject'. This you need to bind back to a WF container 
element and assign it to Expression as the agent assignment for the custom 
task. 

If you have already done the above, please explain what status the 
workflow is in and what the error message is.

I am using std task - TS 30200146 , for solving the purpose of selecting

agent.and in activity level I have not defined any agent .

in activity level i have defined agent as "WF initiator", as per my 
knowledge this task should create a dialog box for initiator giving him 
the list of possible users. 

3)then i hv created a step ,associated it with a task and method . and i 
want the workitem for this task to get deliver to the "agent which is 
selected by initiator in above step". 

My WF is getting stopped , no dialog box appears giving me the list of 
possible agents. 
I am badly stuck .Please help me out in solving this critical  issue 
...This is very important for us to solve this matter asap.
