Deleting Workflow

Akshay,
 
You could put a user decision as the first step of the workflow that
goes to the workflow initiator asking "Do you want to continue with this
workflow" and give them the options of continue or delete.  The only
problem with this is that they would have to answer this question for
each workflow that they start.

Needed opinion regarding the solution to following scenario:
 
workflow should be able to be deleted from Inbox (only by designer -
user, as they are starting the workflow. In case workflow has been
started by mistake they need to stop it again.)
 
Is this possible that creator can terminate the workflow if in situation
he comes to know that workfow has started by mistake?
