Possibility to obligate user to create attachment

I used Selfitem->NoteCreate as well.  One small feature of it is that the
user can Cancel out, which leaves the WI as In Process and the process
stalled.  Someone (Paul?) mentioned adding a Confirm End of Processing.
Another option I used was to set a Modelled Latest End Deadline of 1hr
later, which sets the WI to complete if when reached and continues
processing.
