WF Email - URL content not hidden

Gosh, I wouldn't know where in BASIS to find the setting, but I'l give
you the technical reason based on my days as a web developer that may
help lead you to the answer.

Outlook is not displaying properly is because in the email header there
is a value called "Content Type."

If you are using Outlook, as an example, go to this email, select view
-> Options.

You'll see Internet Headers. In that mess, is a setting called "Content
Type."  For Example: This email is set to "text/plain"  What you need it
to say is "text/html" That little value tells Outlook, "Hey, I'm HTML"

Basis is partly right, because technically HTML is TEXT so to the
server, it can't tell the difference between HTML and TEXT either. It's
up to you (the emailer) to tell the client your content is HTML in the
header. So, is there some sort of API, Property and function call of
whatever is doing the emailing which allows you to change the Header
information of the email going out? Maybe something that changes the
header type or file extension?

An oldie, but still a goodie.

SRM 5.0 - Basis 700.

Sorry, this is not strictly a workflow question.

Jocelyn, my basis folks say that they cannot convert RAW to HTM.  I 
said, Jocelyn says that we can.  (That ought to be good enough, right?)

I can see in SCOT > NODES > DISPLAY that the settings for Node SMTP, 
Address Type Internet, and Output Format RAW Text only has PCL,  PDF , 
PS, TXT or No Conversion.  I can't argue with Basis, as these appear to 
be the only available options.

I must be missing something... A conversion routine, or function 
somewhere ?  Extra SCOT config ?
