Peoplesoft to SAP interface estimate

Hi folks,
 
Was wondering if anyone had any information on some estimates in how
long it would take to setup the interfacing of the organizational
managemnent objects from Peoplesoft to SAP, but only the org units,
poistions and associated relationships.....not the employee records as
they don't have HR implemented and have no plans to do it !! 
 
Also which method they employed to do this....home grown, using a third
party product, XI with an adapter etc ?
