problem in role 00000168

Hi Yifat,

Regarding this particular role (AC00000168) and Workflow (WS30000015), it
will find the superior of the "Initiator" of the Workflow.
Are you the Initiator? If so, is your user ID attached to a masterdata? If
so, is it assigned to a position AND do you have a chief position above you?

The error you are getting is just saying that it could not determine a chief
for the "WF_Initiator". If you login as a user with a chief and trigger the
Workflow, it should determine the agent correctly.

You can test this by going to "PFAC", open role 168 and click on the
"Simulate Role Resolution" button. Enter the user ID (with leading US) in
the "OrgManagement object" field and press enter. Try it for other users
that you know have a chief/superior.

hello!
i am trying to use this role 00000168, in the standard workflow
WS30000015.
I keep on getting the following error : " activity 48: responsibility
'AC00000168'
is not valid agent for task TS30000016.
I also used it in my own workflow , and i keep on getting the same error.
what might be the problem?
