Aggregate Comments in Workflow

Swathi,

Rather that creating everything yourself, why don't you just instruct
users to create an attachment to the work item and put their comments
there? The attachment is visible in subsequent work items and in the
workflow log. It's simple and easy and (in my experience) under-used.
