We use a custom relationship AZ02 and BZ02 (HR manages and HR managed
by) between the org and the position held by the HR manager.

I have a situation where i have 3 organizational unit.
Each org unit has its own hr partner.
According to the org unit of the wf initiator i have to find the hr
partner.
What is the best way to define it?
